INFRASTRUCTURE
PROTOS runs Bare Metal (RING 0) legacy hardware. Using Jarvis to monitor thermal state, NVMe latency, memory pressure, cache saturation, clock scaling, power transitions and interrupt storms, this allows PROTOS to run on commodity hardware. Scalable from a F35 cockpit or GPU cluster, it doesn’t matter. PROTOS monitors and uses hardware optimally for the tasks at hand.
PROTOS utilizes a kernel resident cognitive substrate that provides three-layer reasoning, a prediction subsystem, metacognition, deception/gap detection, an epistemic state machine, DoDD 3000.09 action gating (where needed), and deterministic symbolic inference.
